TOUCH / breaks, by poet and writer Dina Paulson, is a short poetry collection that recognizes the experience of reckoning within the body as it breaks from another body. The relationship explored in the collection is based in sex: lust, [be]longing, and erotic tantra told in thirty chapters. Ultimately, TOUCH / breaks bleeds more than it heals. The poems follow a sentience, taking up remembering as a core inquiry, more than a linearity of time. The experience of erotica meshes with what the brain and soul experience, undressing moments and laying them naked.
